West Roxbury station
Looking north across the overpass, it sure looks like this was a two-track section at one time (at least, the original bridge abutments were built for it). (Vanshnookenraggen's track maps confirm that this was a two-track line for nearly the entire distance from Forest Hills to the Charles River, with a few short segments of single-track.)
Roslindale Village station
Finally, we are in Roslindale! In yet another big parking lot surrounding a train station, but at the end of our travels along this line today, Roslindale has a dense, pedestrian-oriented center, and several high-frequency bus routes serve Belgrade Avenue, seen here, and Washington St. a few blocks east.
