While there is a small parking lot here, a lot of access to this station comes from Fairmount Ave. Ramps and stairs down from the overpass connect both platforms to the street and the business district just north of the station.

The station has under-spec low-level platforms and mini-highs at the outermost end, as is common practice. (This and Readville are the only two stations on the line without full-length high platforms; the remainder were built recently enough that a full-length high platform was mandated.)

There's a tiny amount of parking north of the station next to this newish apartment building, but most of the parking is at the other end of this platform, beyond the mini-high and the ramp system.

The departure display over the outbound platform shows that the next train is about an hour away. You're probably better off taking the bus.

The sign advertises a pilot reverse-commute service to Gillette Stadium and the Patriot Place lifestyle center, which had just started when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The pilot was "suspended", so it might come back when service resumes.
