New master and channel 5 antennas

The former "UHF Candelabra" tower was reengineered with a single UHF master antenna, to serve as a backup antenna for all of the TV tenants at the Cedar St. tower (WBZ-TV, WCVB, WSBK, WGBX) except WGBH, as a part of the 2019 TV spectrum "repack". A VHF channel 5 antenna at the top is the new primary site for WGBH-TV, which accepted a large payoff to move from UHF channel 19 to VHF.
