Women's medal ceremony
Women's medals
All of the actual medals are identical, but are awarded on different colored ribbons. In this case, Jacka Lölling and Elena Nikitina tied for first, so there are two gold ribbons, one bronze ribbon, and the traditional three "tin" for fourth, fifth, and sixth place.

Closeup of the medals
I have a sneaking suspicion that they reuse the same medals for every event...

Mimi finished fourth, so presumably she is speaking about some matter of medal ceremony protocol, or perhaps confirming the pronunciation of her name with the emcee

Fans on the medal podium
Before the medal cermony, fans were able to climb up on the medal podium while the announcer played a game with members of the school groups who attended the race

1980 finish house
The 1932/1980 track finish is on the other side of this building, which holds ticket booths, concessions, and (for this event) VIP reception and dining. This structure is to be replaced with a new building being constructed during the 2019–20 season prior to the 2021 World Championships and 2022 Winter Universidade.

Nikitina is still saluting the flag while her national anthem is playing. Since there were joint winners from different countries, two national anthems were played.
